About this role
Lead, support, facilitate and coordinate the planning, implementation, delivery and monitoring of cultural safety initiatives and projects within the division, including cultural safety education. Use strategic, collaborative and improvement methodologies to continuously improve cultural safety across the organisation, with the aim to improve the Aboriginal consumer experience within the health care environment and support NT Health staff to confidently deliver culturally safe, patient centred care.
