Hiring organisation versus source

The hiring organisation is the employer named by the underlying advertisement. The source is the government board, employer system, or permitted specialist board where the record was collected. Public Roles is the publisher of its own page, not the hiring organisation.

Records marked recruiter-only are currently withheld from public pages. An adapter may clear that marker only when the source identifies the actual hiring organisation; Public Roles never substitutes a confidential client, blank employer, or recruiter name as the hiring organisation.

Links and corrections

Job pages link to the original source or a verified job-specific application route. Tracking parameters are removed where possible. Agencies and source owners can request attribution changes, corrections, or removal.
