About this role
We're excited to welcome a Administration Officer - Director Support to our Medical Imaging team.
The Administration Officer provides a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support service to our Director's. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.
Your responsibilities
• Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to our Director's.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the office of the Director on a day to day basis.
• Organise, coordinate and manage all secretarial and administrative aspects for the Director in a professional manner, including diary management.
Remuneration value up to $101,073 p.a., comprising salary between $79,658 - $88,586 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HSO).
