About the role:

Working closely with multiple Heads of Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of each faculty by delivering efficient, confidential and professional administrative services. Your ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, exercise sound judgement and communicate effectively will contribute to the smooth operation of teaching and learning programs across the school.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide executive and administrative support to Heads of Department.

• Maintain records, databases and student information systems.

• Liaise with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.

• Process purchasing, invoices and resource orders.

• Coordinate faculty activities and events.

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates outstanding organisational and time management skills

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Builds strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Shows initiative, professionalism and attention to detail.

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn Department of Education systems.
