Working closely with the Redevelopment Project Director, you will provide .high-level administrative and executive support while collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across NSW Health and project partner organisations. The ideal candidate is a highly organised and proactive professional with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a confident communicator who builds and maintains positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, while demonstrating professionalism, discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality. With experience in an Executive Assistant, administration or project support role, you will bring excellent organisational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Working closely with the Redevelopment Project Director and senior stakeholders, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, including coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action items, managing correspondence, reports and project documentation, and supporting stakeholder engagement and day-to-day project activities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team delivering a high-profile healthcare infrastructure project and supporting a major hospital redevelopment that will provide lasting benefits to the local community. How did you organise your workload, determine priorities, and ensure all tasks were completed accurately and on time? • Provide an example of how you have built and maintained effective relationships with a range of stakeholders while providing high-level administrative or secretariat support. Include how you managed communication, confidentiality, and the preparation of meeting documents, correspondence, or reports. • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
