South West Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to join the team at South West Medical Centre. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day to day running of the practice while ensuring every patient receives a professional and welcoming experience. Working alongside GPs, Nurses, fellow Administrative Support Officers and the Practice Manager, you will be part of a friendly, collaborative team committed to delivering high quality, patient-centred care. What you will be doing In this varied and rewarding role, you will: • Welcome and check in patients, providing exceptional customer service. • Manage appointment bookings and respond to patient enquiries. • Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems. • Process patient payments and complete daily banking tasks. • Manage referrals, scanning and a range of general administrative duties. • Assist with maintaining well-stocked and organised clinical areas. • Provide administrative support to the wider practice team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
