Advanced Peer Worker - Forensic and Secure Services

Support consumers to advocate for their needs or navigate complex systems related to their health! This role sits within West Moreton (WM) Mental Health Addiction Custodial Health and Statewide Services (MHACHSS) Lived Experience Workforce (LEW) and holds a genuine occupational requirement to have a personal lived-living experience of mental health and/or substance misuse. . The Advanced Peer Worker will work closely with members of the multidisciplinary teams to provide information, education, and support to consumers. This will be achieved through sharing a personal lived experience and knowledge of internal (and external) mental health services. Permanent Part-time opportunity 38 hours per fortnight!
