Change & Project Manager About the role VicTrack is seeking an experienced Change & Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our Future Ready transformation program. Supporting organisation-wide culture and capability initiatives, this position will drive meaningful change that strengthens our workforce, builds capability and prepares VicTrack for the future. Reporting to the Strategic Project Lead – People & Culture, you will lead the people side of change for the Future Ready program, ensuring transformation initiatives are successfully delivered, adopted and embedded across the organisation. This role combines strategic change management with hands-on project delivery and offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders, employees and key stakeholders across the business.
