About this role

Reporting to the Crown Solicitor, the Chief Operating Officer will lead the business and corporate operations of Crown Law, Queensland Government's centralised legal service provider. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, people, technology, governance and corporate services, ensuring the organisation is well positioned to deliver contemporary, efficient and financially sustainable legal services.Leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 40 FTE, you will drive business transformation, strengthen organisational capability, improve systems and processes, build collaborative stakeholder relationships and ensure corporate functions effectively support the delivery of high-quality legal services across government.
