Client Service Officer

About this role

As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for telephone and counter enquiries relating to all Queensland Civil & Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) jurisdictions and administrative duties. You will liaise with a wide range of clients, including vulnerable members of the community, with professionalism and sensitivity. Flexible work arrangements are available, however given operational requirements of this role, some flexible work options may be limited. This continuous applicant pool is open for candidates interested in employment opportunities as a temporary Client Services Officer to fill vacancies due to permanent staff on leave, higher duties or secondment.
