Client Service Officer

About this role

The Client Service Officer will work to provide administrative and client relations support to Victim Assist’s financial assistance assessment teams. This will include: Provide administrative support to government assessors in making grants of financial assistance and professional services for victims of crime in Queensland to assist them to access assistance to recover from their injuries. Monitor the delivery and payment of grants of assistance to Victim Assist Queensland clients. Having responsibility for reviewing and triaging team enquiries, from victims of crime and government, non-government and private service providers.
