About this role
Lead a high-performing Orthopaedics service delivering specialist care across Central Queensland Health. Based within a busy surgical environment featuring four operating theatres, two procedure rooms and a six-bed Intensive Care Unit, our service manages a diverse mix of elective and emergency cases while maintaining a strong commitment to teaching, research and specialist training. As the Clinical Director, you'll provide strategic and clinical leadership, mentor the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons and drive service innovation and quality improvement, while remaining clinically active.
