About this role

The West Moreton Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) provides specialist mental health assessment and treatment for children and young people aged 0–18 years who are experiencing severe and complex mental health difficulties. This role will provide mental health assessment, formulation, treatment planning, intervention and case management to children and young people (aged 0 to 18) who have or at risk of developing severe and complex mental health needs, or whose needs cannot be met by other services.
