The Townsville Community Health Service (TCHS) provides a range of coordinated nursing and allied health services for adult clients within the local Townsville catchment. Services include early coordinated discharge care, after-hospital care, and short-term therapy or group-based interventions.

Competitive salary and benefits:
Generous remuneration package value up to $118,184 p.a. comprising:
• Salary range of $57.76 to $67.85 p.h. (NG6-1)
• 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
• Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
Make an impact in community healthcare as a Clinical Nurse within the Townsville Community Health Service team. You will provide direct nursing care and clinical support across a range of coordinated services, contributing to best-practice, quality patient care. Drawing on your advanced clinical skills and nursing leadership, you will work collaboratively to support post-acute care and hospital avoidance, contributing to positive outcomes for patients across the Townsville community.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and proof of registration (AHPRA)
• Posession of a relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
• Possession of a Class C driver's licence.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
• Probation period may apply.
• Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
