About the School:

The New Secondary School & New Special School at Logan Reserve is a modern, co-located campus designed to deliver a vibrant and innovative learning environment. As part of the Corporate Services team, you will contribute to building a school where reliable technology enhances student success, staff productivity, and community engagement.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Business Manager and working collaboratively across the co-located campus, you will manage and support the school's ICT infrastructure, systems, and digital services.

Your work will ensure that staff and students have access to secure, reliable, and effective technology that supports learning and day-to-day operations across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the school's network, servers, wireless infrastructure, and ICT systems.

• Administer user accounts, permissions, Microsoft 365 services, and related platforms.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and students.

• Support and maintain devices, classroom technologies, and audiovisual equipment.

• Monitor system security, backups, software updates, and technology performance.

• Assist with ICT asset management, procurement, and inventory processes.

• Identify and resolve technology issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Contribute to the development of ICT systems, processes, and documentation that support a growing school.
