Join RoadTek’s Gold Coast Road Maintenance Crew and play a key role in maintaining and improving one of Queensland’s busiest and most dynamic road networks. As a permanent Construction Worker (Supervisor), you'll lead crews delivering essential road maintenance and civil infrastructure projects that keep communities connected, safe and moving. This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with hands-on leadership, supervising projects from planning through to completion while ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are achieved. You'll work closely with project teams, customers and stakeholders, helping deliver critical infrastructure outcomes across the Gold Coast region.
