Customer Service Supervisor
The Shire of Moora is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who is a positive and proactive leader and team-player. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will provide high-quality customer service, and deliver timely and accurate information to a range of stakeholders. You will also lead, train and mentor a small team of Customer Service Officers. The successful candidate must be highly organised, courteous and professional.
Key responsibilities
· Supervise the day-to-day operation of the customer service team.
· Train and mentor Customer Service Officers to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
· Assist customers and respond to enquiries in person, by phone and email.
· Process customer payments, registrations, memberships and bookings.
· Manage incoming email and customer correspondence.
· Oversee the delivery of library, tourism and cemetery services.
· Maintain reception, library and other public customer areas.
· Complete daily banking and other administrative tasks.
About the person
We are looking for someone who has:
· Strong customer service skills.
· Previous experience in a supervisory role, including managing a small team.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-focused, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
· Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
· Developed computer literacy, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

· Full-time permanent appointment, subject to successful completion of probation period.
· One Rostered Day Off a month.
