About this role

Your opportunity

The Director of Nursing Facility Manager (DON/FM) at the Bollon Community Clinic is responsible for the operational management, coordination of a rural and/or remote facility within the health service. The DON/FM is responsible for the management of staff including nurses, operational, administrative, health professionals and other support services.

Bollon is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015. This attracts additional entitlements which may include:

• An annual isolation bonus paid annually!

• Return airfares to the nearest provincial city in conjunction with leave!

• Additional annual leave per annum!

• Additional professional development leave, travel and associated costs per annum!

• Appointment and transfer expenses!
