About this role

Community Corrections supervises adults serving community-based orders or released on parole by Parole Board Queensland. Committed to community safety and reducing reoffending, the service supports behavioural change to help individuals lead productive, crime-free lives. As District Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership within a complex service delivery environment.You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee case management, and ensure strong governance, risk management and operational performance. The role requires building a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement while managing competing priorities and emerging challenges.You will contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation and develop effective stakeholder partnerships that support rehabilitation outcomes, and safer communities.
