About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual with an administration background or with a general understanding of administration to work on a part-time basis, 15.20 hours per week (0.40) as a District Support Officer in our office at Swan Hill. Training, mentoring, and ongoing support will be provided to develop the successful applicant's capability across all responsibilities of the role. This exciting, ongoing role works within a positive, supportive and close-knit team and offers excellent opportunity for growth and development within the CFA. Key responsibilities of this varied role will involve: • Data entry, database and systems coordination. • Records administration. • Stores duties inclusive of stock management, lifting >15kg, receipting incoming goods, picking and packing outgoing items, labelling and tracking. • Inputting and coordinating stores data using relevant CFA systems (SAP, RMS etc), Microsoft Excel and providing information from these where requested. • Liaison with external suppliers to generate quotes etc. • Liaison and communication with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to ensure an effective service delivery. • Provision of customer service and general administrative and office support. • Assisting with accounts payable administration. • Providing support at meetings including, organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements. • Participation in Incident Management support roles appropriate to experience and qualifications. Additional requirements include: • Motivation and enthusiasm with demonstrated administration experience and excellent attention to detail. • Efficient computer skills including working knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Word – knowledge of other applications is a bonus). • Experience interacting with people at all levels and be able to work with minimal supervision in a proactive manner. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Adaptability, positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to demonstrate your initiative. • Self-motivation and a willingness to pitch in where needed. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills and a proactive and autonomous approach. Please note, a driver's licence, some travel and after-hours work may be required for this role.
