The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity for an experienced recruitment systems professional to play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new recruitment module. Working at the intersection of HR, technology and business operations, you will help shape how recruitment processes are delivered, ensuring the system supports effective, efficient and user-friendly outcomes. You will have the opportunity to use your recruitment expertise, systems knowledge and stakeholder skills to make a tangible impact during a significant transformation program. This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and working collaboratively to deliver meaningful improvements. The Role Supporting the implementation and optimisation of a new recruitment platform, you will be responsible for coordinating testing activities, providing recruitment subject matter expertise and ensuring the solution meets business needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for the recruitment module • Applying strong recruitment process knowledge to identify requirements, test functionality and provide informed feedback • Supporting the transition from existing recruitment systems to the new platform • Working closely with project teams, HR stakeholders and technology teams to resolve issues and improve processes • Coordinating stakeholder communications and supporting change activities • Contributing to future people systems enhancements, including upcoming performance management functionality • Ensuring the platform is practical, user-friendly and fit for purpose The Ideal Person You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective system outcomes. You may have experience implementing HR technology solutions, leading testing activities or supporting major system upgrades. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and providing practical advice to ensure successful delivery. You will bring curiosity, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to step into a project environment and make an immediate contribution. This role would suit a professional with strong recruitment systems and implementation experience.
