About the role:
• Keep ED information systems running smoothly by providing reporting, system management and technical support across Rockhampton Hospital and surrounding sites.
• Help turn data into insights by supporting activity reporting, data collection, audits and compliance requirements.
• Champion data quality through validation, education and quality assurance activities.
• Support our teams to succeed by delivering training, onboarding new staff and troubleshooting system challenges.
About you:
• Confidence working with information systems and databases, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and reporting tools.
• Understand health information, data collection and reporting requirements, including Emergency Department KPIs.
• Bring strong skills in data analysis, quality assurance and turning information into meaningful reports.
• Skilled in tools such as QHERS, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (highly regarded, but not essential).
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $82,720 p.a. is comprised of:
• An hourly rate between $47.14 - $52.23 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
