The Opportunity - Executive Assistant, Townsville: Are you an organised, proactive and highly professional Executive Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? Based in Townsville, this exciting role provides high-level confidential executive and administrative support to the Regional Director, Great Barrier Reef and Marine Parks Region (GBRMPR). As a trusted partner to the Regional Director along with secretariat support to the Reef Joint Field Management Program, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating executive priorities, managing communications, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic and operational objectives.

What You'll Do: Play a pivotal role in connecting people, priorities and processes to support the successful delivery of regional outcomes with the below role functions: • Support the Regional Director by managing executive priorities and delivering exceptional administrative support. • Coordinate governance processes and provide secretariat services for key programs and committees. • Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Develop quality documentation, briefings and correspondence. • Keep operations running smoothly by anticipating needs, solving problems and driving effective coordination .
