Executive Manager

About this role

Your contribution The Executive Manager role is critical in supporting the IGEM, the Director, Governance and Reporting (G&R) and the broader Office to lead the delivery of corporate and strategic functions that ensure efficient and effective service delivery. As the Executive Manager, you will work closely with the Director, G&R and key internal & external agency partners to inform, develop and maintain operational systems and processes. You will proactively coordinate the delivery of financial, human resources, audit and risk, information and technology and strategic and operational performance and planning to provide high quality, timely advisory services and reports to senior management and Government. You will demonstrate knowledge of Queensland Government's Performance Management Framework, state disaster management environment and the functions of the Office.
