The Role Responsibilities may include: • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner • Managing vendor and customer relationships, resolving invoice/payment queries. • Generating invoices, billing customers, and following up on outstanding receivables. • Preparing reconciliations, supporting month-end processes, and assisting with reporting. • Using accounting systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, or large ERP platforms. • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required The Ideal Person You may come from a background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or both, with experience gained in the commercial sector, not-for-profit organisations, or other finance environments. You bring strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and reconciliations, and confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. With well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy building positive relationships with suppliers and customers. Most importantly, you are a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive finance function.
