Whether you're looking to step into a specialist governance advisory role or further develop your career in local government governance, we have opportunities available across two permanent positions: • Senior Governance and Policy Officer (Level 7) • Governance and Policy Officer (Level 6) x2 Working at the heart of the organisation, you'll help ensure Council and organisational decision-making is transparent, compliant and aligned with legislative requirements. From supporting Council meetings and elections through to policy development, governance advice and continuous improvement, you'll play an important role in maintaining the integrity of the City's governance framework. About the opportunities Senior Governance and Policy Officer You'll provide specialist governance advice across the organisation, support executive and Council decision-making, contribute to governance assurance activities and legislative compliance, and drive improvements to governance frameworks and practices. Governance and Policy Officer You'll support the delivery of governance services through meeting administration, policy coordination, electoral processes and governance documentation while contributing to efficient and compliant governance operations.
