We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Head of Department, Student Services to lead and coordinate coaching and mentoring for staff, with a focus on strengthening behaviour support practices and promoting positive student engagement. This role is instrumental in building a culture of professional learning, collegiality, and consistent, evidence-based approaches to behaviour and wellbeing across the school. This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.
