About this role

QCAT is an independent tribunal established under the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009. QCAT plays an integral role in the Queensland justice system with a mandate to provide a quick and inexpensive avenue to resolve and determine disputes, applications, reviews and referrals in a wide range of jurisdictions. As a Hearing Support Officer, you will support tribunal decision-makers and parties during QCAT proceedings. You will liaise with a wide range of parties, including vulnerable members of the community, with professionalism and sensitivity.
