About the role: The Infrastructure and Assets Project Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of asset related projects across Parks Victoria's North West region. This role ensures that assets and infrastructure related works are assessed, prioritised, and improved and maintained in alignment with safety standards, environmental considerations, and community needs. Working collaboratively with internal asset and infrastructure teams, contractors, and stakeholders, the Project Officer contributes to project scoping, procurement, compliance, and reporting. The role also supports continuous improvement in project delivery processes and contributes to building resilience in park infrastructure to mitigate future risks. We're looking for someone with: • Demonstrated experience in delivering operational or technical programs, ideally in public land and asset management. • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in project management, asset management or a related field. • Experience in contract management, procurement, and governance processes. • Experience coordinating work programs or supporting contractors.
