Internal Communications Specialist About the role The Internal Communications Specialist drives the organisation’s internal communications agenda to strengthen information sharing and build a culture of engagement and collaboration. You will support the development and execution of VicTrack’s internal communications strategy, ensuring key communications initiatives and messages are coordinated and integrated. You will manage all key internal communications channels and create engaging content. Working as part of the Communications and Change team, you will ensure internal communications are streamlined for enterprise-wide initiatives, as well as implement communications plans for discrete internal projects. You will proactively build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and support their communication needs and demonstrate the value of integrated internal communications. You will also be expected to contribute towards content development for external channels, including social media and the website.
