South West Healthcare is seeking an experienced Education Lead to support the transition from Trak-2018 to Trak-Edition. Based at the Warrnambool Campus, this six-month fixed-term role will lead education and training initiatives to ensure staff are prepared to confidently adopt the new system and support a successful implementation. Position overview • Employment Type: Fixed Term Opportunity | 6 months | Full Time with a monthly ADO • Salary: In accordance with existing salary and employment conditions • Location: Warrnambool Campus, (with travel across SWH campuses as required) About the Role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced and motivated team member to join the Trak-Edition Implementation Team as the Education Lead . This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in education, training and change management to support the transition from Trak-2018 to Trak-Edition, with go live planned for October this year. Working alongside the Implementation Manager and a multidisciplinary team of Implementation Leads representing Nursing, Primary and Community Services, Medical and Health Information/Administration, you will play a key role in preparing our workforce, building capability and supporting the successful adoption of Trak-Edition across SWH. About the Role The Education Lead will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of education and training activities to support workforce readiness for Trak-Edition. Working closely with leaders, educators, super users and Implementation Leads, you will ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to adopt new ways of working. You will support learning needs across a diverse workforce with varying levels of digital literacy and contribute to sustained adoption following go live. Key Responsibilities As the Education Lead, you will: • Lead the development and delivery of the Trak-Edition education and training program. • Develop education plans and learning resources for all Trak users. • Partner with Implementation Leads and subject matter experts to ensure training reflects clinical and operational workflows. • Support super users, trainers and educators to deliver effective learning experiences. • Deliver education, engagement and capability-building activities across SWH. • Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement and adoption activities. What you Bring You are passionate about supporting colleagues through change and building workforce capability. You will bring: • A tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline. • Experience in change management, project management and/or education delivery. • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and influencing positive outcomes. • Strong organisational and problem solving skills. • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. • Understanding of the sensitive and confidential nature of health information. Desirable: Experience using clinical and administrative information systems and/or qualifications in health education or adult learning.
