Key Skills & Experience Minimum of 5+ years of IT project management experience Proven ability to coordinate multiple, interrelated initiatives with different leads, effectively managing interdependencies Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall program goals Strong expertise in: Creating detailed project plans Mapping dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams Defining project scope and milestones Managing risks and issues Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Ability to partner with Change Managers and Communications Leads to ensure successful adoption and transition outcomes Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams, including: Business leads Analysts IT team members Change managers Business stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including: Delivering project status updates Preparing reports Facilitating meetings Strong, proven experience in developing and facilitating high-quality project deliverables Higher education sector experience (desirable).
