Join South West Healthcare's Facilities team as a Maintenance/Gardener and play a hands-on role in keeping our campuses safe, welcoming, and looking their best. Based primarily at our Camperdown Hospital, with some work at our Lismore campus, you will enjoy a diverse role that combines gardening, grounds maintenance, and general building maintenance. Every day brings something different, and every task contributes to creating a positive environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. What you will be doing No two days are the same. Your work will include: • Maintaining gardens and grounds through planting, pruning, mowing, trimming, propagating, and leaf blowing • Servicing and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery • Undertaking a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and heating and ventilation maintenance • Helping ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-presented for everyone who uses them What you will bring You are someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering quality results.
