About the Role:
This role plays a critical part in strengthening digital capability, enhancing user experience, and supporting data-informed decision-making. You will ensure digital solutions are integrated, sustainable, and aligned with departmental priorities and enterprise architecture.
A background in digital delivery, ICT service management, or enterprise platforms would be highly desirable.
How You Will Be Supported:
The Infrastructure Services Division is undertaking an exciting period of digital and operational transformation, focused on strengthening capability and modernising systems and processes.
In this role, you will work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, supported by experienced business and technology professionals. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the division to build capability, share knowledge, and successfully deliver digital improvements.
Responsibilities Include:
As the Manager, you will have responsibility for the following:
• Lead the coordination and prioritisation of digital technology initiatives to support strategic and operational outcomes.
• Oversee the delivery, support, optimisation and continuous improvement of digital platforms and business solutions, including SAP, ServiceNow, data platforms and ISD technologies.
• Manage technology and certified business reporting backlogs, enhancement pipelines, system access processes, and roadmap delivery to improve visibility and outcomes.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve digital solutions, workflows, reporting capability, service delivery and user experience.
• Guide solution planning and design to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, standards, integration principles and operational needs.
• Lead the development and coordination of certified business reporting to support operational performance and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure digital solutions are scalable, sustainable, integrated, and aligned with long-term organisational and operational requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, business readiness, training, communication and adoption activities to support successful implementation of technology and reporting solutions.
• Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, and implement continuous improvement activities to maximise business value and solution effectiveness.
• Chair or coordinate digital governance forums, including business prioritisation forums, to support consistent, aligned and evidence-based decision-making.
• Provide strategic advice on digital capability uplift, technology improvements, reporting maturity, and future digital opportunities.
About You:
It would be highly desirable to have the following skills and experience:
• Demonstrated experience in digital technology delivery, platform management, or ICT service environments.
• Proven ability to lead and prioritise complex technology initiatives and deliver outcomes aligned with strategic and operational needs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, reporting frameworks, and system integration principles.
• Experience working with stakeholder groups to improve user experience, business processes, and digital adoption.
• Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, strategic advice and influence outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
