• Develop and support team delivery of initiatives that strengthen community and economic participation, including coordinating industry and community engagement, implementing the Economic Participation Framework and enabling opportunities such as Indigenous Business Month. • Drive organisational performance and strong governance by setting clear priorities, monitoring outcomes and fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness and continuous improvement, including effective risk identification and management. • Build and sustain trusted partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, government agencies, and key stakeholders. • Act as a key interface between communities and government agencies and lead collaborative engagement with stakeholders to drive delivery of government priorities and services • Monitor, identify and escalate emerging regional trends and issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to inform policy, program design and coordinated service responses across government. [ATSIP Team...2026 clean | Word] • Lead and contribute to complex stakeholder engagement and negotiations, including on sensitive or complex matters to influence outcomes and maintain confidence in coordinated service delivery across agencies. • Provide timely, authoritative, evidence-based advice to the Regional Director and senior executives on local and whole-of-government initiatives, including high-quality briefs, submissions, reports and correspondence. • Manage regional operations and resources, ensuring effective stewardship of human, financial and physical resources to achieve high-quality outcomes. • Contribute to regional and divisional strategy and planning, working collaboratively to support the delivery of whole-of-government and departmental priorities. • Build a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and developing capability, while fostering a respectful, safe and culturally inclusive workplace.
