About you: • Experience in the supervision of students, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses and or midwives • Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience • Demonstrated competence in palliative care nursing practice in accordance with the relevant palliative care standards - Palliative Care Australia • Proven ability for flexibility, innovation and creativity within the whole of service setting • Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
