About You We’re looking for someone who has current AHPRA registration and is endorsed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or meets the requirements for a Transitional Nurse Practitioner application. Nurse Practitioners: • Demonstrated Advanced Clinical Practice in the main Metaspecialty, focusing on complex, autonomous decision-making in the clinical management of patients. • Demonstrated willingness in the development of your Scope of Practice to improve access to healthcare for patients and their careers. • Demonstrated effective Communication and works well in a team, building strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. • Demonstrated leadership and educational activities in your current role. • Demonstrated abilities to support health care systems and research. Transitional Nurse Practitioners: • Developing skills and knowledge in advanced clinical practice within the main Metaspecialty, with experience in autonomous decision-making and clinical • management of patients. • You are a leader and participate educational activities including yourself, staff and patients, you contribute to quality improvement activities in the support • of health care systems. • Willingness to develop a Scope of Practice across multimodal specialities.
