The Nurse Unit Manager provides the tactical management of operational, financial, human and information resources within their area, liaising with the relevant clinical and support services leaders. The Nurse Unit Manager is a key leader within of the Directorate and Nursing leadership teams at Barwon Health and as such will contribute to the overall management, performance and outcomes of the organisation by developing professional and collaborative partnerships and participating in committees and groups to support this. Heath Wing 7 is a 32-bed ward specialising in General Medical and Respiratory care. You will work with an innovative team who maintain extensive knowledge and experience who pride themselves on providing high quality patient centred care in an environment that has modern, well-equipped facilities.
