For more information on working with us and our recruitment process, please visit Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Victoria | Jobs (www.dffh.vic.gov.au/jobs) THE ROLE The Partnership Lead sits within the Service Delivery and Partnership Support team and plays a pivotal role in engaging with Disability Homes Victoria, Resident Services operational partners, such as Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, through forums, capacity development functions, and place-based community engagements. The role will drive engagement and develop strategic methods to manage collaboration agreements across several providers and include regular reviews and tracking of service delivery improvement opportunities. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE • Collaborate with the Manager, Service Delivery and Partnership Support and ensure the team's strategic partnership priorities are aligned with DHVY's business objectives. • Provide strategic insight into the development of DHV's engagement and partnership strategies in collaboration with the management team. • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to enable functions and enhance DHV service delivery.
