• Deliver high level physiotherapy clinical and consultancy services as part of a multi-professional team, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
• Work independently and autonomously utilising advanced problem-solving skills to manage a complex and varied clinical caseload, applying evidence-based practice and clinical judgement with minimal clinical practice supervision.
• Contribute to the daily operational management of the Hospital in the Home team and organisation of the workload with allocated resources using planning, time management skills and prioritisation.
• Provide direction and delegation to physiotherapists, allied health assistants and support staff within the scope of their clinical area of expertise.
• Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
