Principal Project Officer Human Resources

About this role

This position will be a temporary project role within the Community Corrections’ command leading the command’s role description review initiative.In this role you will be responsible for contributing to key strategic planning, model enhancement and implementation activities to support the successful and progressive review to contemporize the command’s priority role descriptions as they relate to the existing operating model across Community Corrections.This role will co-ordinate people capability strategies and activities that support transition, with a focus on facilitating organisational human resource and procurement activities. This will include the implementation of all associated processes and deliverables for the Community Corrections role description review initiative.
