• An innovative of a Fedweral Governmnet Department • Initial 12 month contract + 12 month extension option! • Rewarding hourly rates $$$ An innovative Federal Government Department is looking to engage an experienced Program Support Officer to support the national office team with financial management, program administration, procurement and contract management activities. The Program Support Officer will secure an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate. The Program Support Officer will be responsible for but not limited to; • Provide high level administrative support, record keeping, and financial administration services. • Managing procurement and contract administration activities in accordance with relevant policies and legislation. • Preparing reports, correspondence, stakeholder communications, travel arrangements, and maintaining databases and information systems. The Program Support Officer will have experience in the following : • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. • Sound knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act). • Strong judgement, integrity and stakeholder engagement skills This is an exciting opportunity for a Program Support Officer looking to join an innovative Federal government department.
