You will oversee a diverse portfolio ensuring that lease conditions are met, payments made and properties maintained according to lease and legislative requirements. Key responsibilities include identifying risks and issues in leased out programs and supporting problem solving to support sustaining tenancies wherever possible, human services program delivery and maintaining the reputation of Homes Victoria. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE • Administer commercial leases for Homes Victoria. • Monitor and contribute to leasing portfolios that deliver effective outcomes for renters and the community. • Provide expertise to Homes Victoria on matters for commercial Leases Please open the position description to read more.
