Property & Rates Administration Officer Location: Western Melbourne Employment Type: Full-Time, 9am to 5pm temporary role ASAP start to 23 October 2026 Rate: $39.68 + super About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property & Rates Administration Officer to join a busy and supportive Financial Services team. This role is ideal for an administration professional who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, supporting customers, and contributing to efficient service delivery. You will play a key role in managing property and rates-related information, responding to enquiries, and providing administrative support within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update property, valuation, and rates records. • Provide high-quality administrative support across property and rates functions. • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence. • Process property ownership, address, and valuation updates accurately and efficiently. • Maintain databases, records, and registers with a strong focus on data integrity. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve enquiries. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives. • Ensure activities are performed in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: • Previous experience in administration, customer service, records management, or data processing. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Well-developed organisational and time-management skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Experience using databases or corporate information systems. • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. • A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
