Working in their Deakin offices, you will enjoy free parking, as well as working in a relaxed but professional and hardworking team. • Free parking • Permanent, full-time position The Role Reporting to the Corporate Services Director, you’ll be the organisation’s first point of contact. You will play a crucial role in welcoming people seeking services for drug and alcohol treatment by providing a welcoming and professional reception experience. You will be managing incoming enquiries, mail, deliveries, office supplies, and the upkeep of shared spaces as well as support a wide range of administrative and operational needs. Responsibilities will include: • Coordinating meetings, events and travel • Liaising with contractors and service providers • Assisting with facilities, fleet and asset management, security access, and ID card administration The position also contributes to marketing and internal communications and corporate projects. With an upcoming office relocation, there is plenty to sink your teeth into and make impact on commencement! The Ideal Person You will be friendly and highly customer service centric with an enthusiastic and can-do attitude, as well as a willingness to learn. Being a quick study and staying proactive are key to your success in this role. Working in this business means everyone contributes, brings a strong work ethic, and works toward a shared goal of outstanding service delivery. You will also have a minimum of two years of administrative experience, and be highly reliable, empathic and mature, with no interest in office gossip. You are comfortable working autonomously while prioritising competing demands and adapting to changing operational needs.
