About the role:
• Use your knowledge of HR policies, awards, agreements and legislation to provide trusted advice and guidance, helping managers navigate recruitment processes with confidence and ease.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies, support hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey and identify opportunities to attract high-quality candidates while improving recruitment outcomes.
• Build relationships with managers, candidates and external partners while representing CQ Health at career expos and events to inspire future health professionals to join our team.
• Develop and deliver recruitment and onboarding training, provide practical guidance and build collaborative partnerships that strengthen our workforce and support a positive candidate experience.
About you:
• Understand the ins and outs of recruitment practices, legislation, policies, awards and procedures, and know how to turn that knowledge into great outcomes.
• Confidently partner with hiring managers, stakeholders and teams to create smooth, successful recruitment experiences from start to finish.
• Engage, influence and negotiate with a wide range of people, building trust and making every interaction count.
• Enjoy working collaboratively, solving problems and creating positive connections with everyone from candidates to community members and senior leaders.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $11,303 p.m. is comprised of:
• An hourly rate between $54.83 - $59.66 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading
