Regional Support Officer

About this role

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced professional to provide strategic and operational support to the Wildlife & Threatened Species Operations branch of Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service & Partnerships (QPWS&P). In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering high-level business and administrative support services across a broad range of functions, including budget and financial management, procurement, workforce management, workplace health and safety, training coordination, facilities and resource management, records management, and correspondence services. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the branch by implementing administrative processes, coordinating business services and supporting organisational priorities. The position also requires strong people leadership.
