About the opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Clerk to support revenue maximisation through the delivery of accurate and efficient administrative and patient billing services. In this role, you will prepare outgoing mail, raise and verify invoices, process claims and payments, follow up outstanding debts, maintain accurate records, and provide responsive customer service while ensuring compliance with HealthShare NSW policies and billing requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue administration, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of public sector revenue processes and the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) is highly desirable.
