About this role

We are excited to offer a temporary 12-month opportunity as an experienced Scientist. This role will perform complex and diverse scientific and technical tasks and engage in independent decision making and judgement on a day-to-day basis with minimal clinical practise supervision in the analysis of patient specimens. The scientist will be a member of a team of Health Professionals and Clinical Assistants providing a 24 hour service in the Haematology and Transfusion departments at Gold Coast University Hospital. The Scientist Haematology/Blood Bank in Haematology/Transfusion reports to the Supervising Scientist Haematology/Transfusion
