The role is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality tenancy services across a designated portfolio by providing leadership, workforce management, operational oversight, performance monitoring and strategic stakeholder engagement. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Team Leader promotes consistent service delivery, supports continuous improvement, manages operational risk and ensures tenancy services are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements, departmental policies and organisational priorities. The Team Leader provides leadership, coaching and support to staff, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture while building capability and driving continuous improvement across the service. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE • Provide high-quality, compliant and resident-focused end-to-end tenancy management services across an allocated portfolio of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties in accordance with legislative, regulatory and departmental requirements. • Lead, develop and support a high-performing team through effective supervision, coaching, mentoring, workforce planning, performance management and professional development. • Monitor operational performance, quality assurance activities and key performance indicators to ensure high-quality, resident-focused tenancy services and compliance with legislative and organisational requirements Please open the position description to read more.
